Terms and Conditions for Bouncy Castle Hire and Soft Play Area:

 

1. Safety:

- The hirer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants using the bouncy castle and soft play area.

- Only children within the specified age and weight limits are permitted to use the equipment.

 

2. Supervision:

- Adequate adult supervision is required at all times during the hire period.

- The hirer must ensure that a responsible adult is present to supervise the children and ensure their safety.

 

3. Liability:

- The hire company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of the bouncy castle or soft play area.

- The hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by misuse or negligence.

 

4. Setup and Usage:

- The bouncy castle and soft play area must be set up on a flat, level surface away from obstacles or hazards.

- The equipment must not be moved or tampered with once it has been set up by the hire company.

 

5. Cleaning and Maintenance:

- The hirer must ensure that the bouncy castle and soft play area are kept clean and free from debris during the hire period.

- Any damages or malfunctions must be reported to the hire company immediately.

 

6. Booking and Payment:

- A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full before or on the day of the hire.

- Cancellation fees may apply if the booking is canceled within a specified period.

 

7. Weather Conditions:

- In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain), the hire company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking for safety reasons.

 

8. Indemnity:

- The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the hire company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the bouncy castle or soft play area.

 

By proceeding with the booking, the hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the hire agreement without a refund.
